Codemarc Consulting, LLC. Information

BrainTrailz helps organizations turn difficult technology problems into working systems. Founded by Marc J. Greenberg, also known as CodeMarc, BrainTrailz combines nearly four decades of software architecture and technology leadership with hands-on AI-assisted development. Marc has served as Chief Software Architect, Vice President of Development, CTO, and Chief of Staff in multiple Offices of the CTO. His work spans enterprise integration, cloud platforms, distributed systems, data, APIs, observability, modernization, and AI. BrainTrailz operates through three connected pillars: 1. Niche Product Lab Small, committed teams build domain-specific products that solve real problems. These ventures prove ideas through execution, not presentations. 2. AI Advisory and Fractional CTO Strategic and hands-on leadership for organizations navigating AI adoption, architecture, modernization, engineering effectiveness, and technology decisions. Engagements range from focused consultations to ongoing fractional leadership. 3. Mission-Driven Projects Community-first tools, maps, books, and systems designed to help people think, work, and make decisions more effectively. This includes I Built My Own Recruiter, Trailcraft, and other public resources. BrainTrailz is built for leaders who need more than advice. We study the terrain, identify a practical path, and help build what comes next. Strategy when you need direction. Architecture when the system is complex. Working software when it is time to prove the idea.
