CODE Student Accommodation is an award-winning student accommodation provider, accommodating around 3,000 residents across Leicester and Coventry. We run CODE Leicester on Western Road, close to DMU and the University of Leicester, and CODE Coventry at Fairfax Street and Harper Road, serving Coventry University and Warwick students. Most of our residents live in self-contained studios. Around that, we build community: free events and wellbeing activities, 24/7 on-site support and teams who know residents by name. We believe students deserve more than a room. We're accredited under the ANUK/Unipol National Code and shortlisted for Best Student Experience and Health & Wellbeing Initiative at the Student Accommodation Awards 2026. Founded in Leicester in 2010, we're still independent, which means decisions are made by people who know our buildings and our residents. We're growing carefully, with a clear focus on well-run buildings, safe homes and happy residents.
