Coaching business owners and executives to support the changes they seek. Many years of consulting has demonstrated to me the limitations of consulting by itself. It tends not to be self sustaining, it tends not to grow the capability of the client company - but it has created a wealth of experience in business disciplines that many businesses can use. Coaching achieves much that consulting does not. Wrapping my decades of consulting experience into a coaching framework allows me to open new paradigms for my clients and coach within a disciplined framework either to explore those new horizons or deliver to a specific plan.
