Career Dynamic offer career related services including 1:1 facilitated career decision making, outplacement and redundancy support, CV writing, job search and interview skill coaching, professional supervision and a skilled and confidential sounding board for those with work related issues. Our clients are either self referring individuals who are at a career crossroad, those grappling with work related issues or are organisations who need career development support for employees. We also work for professional player and high performance sport associations including rugby and cricket to support their athletes to explore their future career options while still playing sport and to put in place development strategies that will ultimately enable a smooth transition on retirement. Career Dynamic Resources is an associate business focused on the development and sale of career planning tools and resources, provision of workshops related to career practice, research and public and conference speaking.
