CNet is a leading-edge software house specialising in research and innovation for Internet of Things. We are a R&D intensive software house and very experienced with collaborative international R&D projects and how to create innovative and exploitable outcome and long-term value from research and innovation projects. The results of our innovation projects are commercialised through spin-off companies, which market products and services based on our Internet of Things technologies. Our spin-off companies include: • Checkwatt is now offering EnergyInBalance which is a service for home owners and small businesses to monitor and manage their own solar energy production and household’s energy consumption. • IoTBridge offers a complete IoT platform for monitoring and maintenance of critical infrastructures like bridges based on our NB-IoT sensor gateway and big data cloud processing platform. • CheckHealth offers RheumaCloud for self management of rheumatic patients with cardiovascular complicaitons using our medical device gateway and federated cloud. We currently have innovation projects in the areas of Smart Cities and Infrastructure Monitoring, Smart Agriculture and Food Production and Smart Manufacturing. Technologies currently being researched and developed by CNet are Mobile IoT Gateways for environmental sensing, Digital Twins Modelling and Execution, Federated Cloud Services, Blockchain in supply chain management, Business-based IoT Data Integration and IoT App Development. In 2017 we won the Open Stockholm Innovation Award with our Mobile IoT Gateway. We were also one of the finalists in the CargoHack hackathon organised by Hiab with our blockchain solution for supply chain management. In 2018 we were nominated for the EU Innovation Radar Price with our “Care Management As A Service”. CNet is a spin-off company from Swedish IT research and was originally founded by a research group from SISU, Swedish Institute for Systems Development.
