Founded in 1992, CM&B is celebrating 30+ years of providing single-source construction management services to our growing list of clients, most of whom turn to CM&B repeatedly for all their preconstruction, construction, and post-construction needs. With headquarters just north of Boston in Beverly, Massachusetts, CM&B is well situated to meet the needs of our current and future clients throughout New England, as our team of dedicated construction professionals hail from all corners of the region. Answering the call to expand our regional footprint from several of our long-time, repeat clients looking to grow their presence in the Tri-State area, CM&B opened its New York City office in 2014 and has been expanding its client base in the area ever since. Working with owners and developers from the retail, hospitality, academic, automotive, industrial, grocery, and science/technology sectors, and regardless of geographic region, CM&B’s skilled sector specific Construction Experts provide focused and strategic value engineering, planning and construction management services tailored to address each project’s distinctive needs and expectations.
