We have our own "Click & Quote" simple on line quote tool, allowing our resellers the ability to provide a fully detailed proposal with their logo, showing the term, up front costs and the monthly charge (including full product detail) from simple drop down pre-populated sections, to their clients' desktop within seconds. With one key stroke this can be converted to an order! Importantly we can bill to the end customer, include the reseller logo plus an editable sales message box and collect the cash, paying a recurring income for the life of the product. We can also bill to our resellers allowing them to bill on to their customer should they wish, or a mix'nmatch of both. Our unique billing portal offers a fully transparent view into the customer and all transactions, including orders, billing, costs, margin and all communications. Email communications are archived under customer history and the fault ticket system is also integrated into the portal. Resellers can track provisioning and any issues seeing the progress through to resolution, with the ability to interact as desired. Additionally the portal provides an end user log on allowing reseller's customers to view their activity on line and set up automatic reports and alerts as required to help their own businesses.
