Climpson's Arch, also home to Climpson & Sons Coffee Roastery & Coffee Bar, is a restaurant residency offering a platform for young chefs and the rising stars of the food world to cook and perform in our venue. Our mission is to act as a business incubator: we offer our space for a fixed duration (minimum 6 months) to cultivate a combination of creativity and the practicalities of running a business. Chefs wishing to have their own restaurant are given the tools to bench test their food concept without financial risk. Since 2013 Climpson’s Arch has been established as a permanent restaurant, open all year round Thursday through to Sunday, creating a welcoming venue for the local community. Our latest collaboration is with L.C @ Climpson's Arch.. At L.C you will find dishes with a strong focus on textures and bold flavours, with a big pull on Leo’s Portuguese roots.
