Cliff Consulting ceased operations in April 2021. A woman- and LGBT-owned strategic management consulting firm serving clients for 45+ years (years in operation 1972-2021). One of the most experienced and well respected management consulting firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cliff Consulting was known for its uniquely collaborative, human-centric and results-oriented approach to client engagements. Organizations across a wide spectrum of industries turned to us to drive forward momentum and achieve sustainable change. Working side by side with our clients’ teams, we helped them tackle their toughest challenges, architect plans that realize their visions, implement their strategies and advance their most critical projects, programs and operations.
