We design every project specifically to our clients’ needs, • Strategy – Identifying what you intend to do and why you think it will work: theory of change, theory of action, program design, strategic planning, landscape scans, and situational analyses • Data, evaluation, and learning – Exploring the change you’re making: mixed methods evaluation planning and implementation, including protocol development, data collection, analyses, reporting, and learning meetings. • Evaluation coaching – Building your capacity to integrate learning into your work: data systems design, technical assistance and ongoing support.
