It's like a driving school for computers, you learn best with a few professional lessons with our instructor 'at your elbow' and then know enough to be let loose on the world online! With the reassurance that you have someone to telephone, at no further cost, if you get stuck. If you are a more advanced and experienced computer user, we can solve technical issues and give advanced training. Your instructor has the expertise to solve your technical problems and advise on the best course of action before you spend money on any equipment or software. We speak perfect English, not "tech speak" and have a proven track record of getting people going, who have previously struggled for years with using computers. Many of our customers have tried other courses over the years at some expense and without much success. With ClickSilver's help they are now amazing their families by communicating regularly and using all the benefits of modern technology such as emailing and printing photos of their grandchildren and enjoying their computers and the internet. We keep you safe ~ our clients email us or phone us when they receive a message or a call they are not sure about. We advise if the contact is genuine or most likely a scam. We do not charge for this expert advice. We hold classes for FOUR, generally held at a student's home. We bring a Windows 7 PC or Apple Macintosh laptop for anyone who requires one, or you can bring along your own portable computer. The host home has the advantage of having expert help onsite for their technology, so often we take turns at each of the four students' homes. ClickSilver brings along Telstra next G broadband wireless for all students, so that the host's internet is not used by others. Have you tried another course where the teacher was ok but the computer was different to yours at home? And there were too many students for you to get the individual help you need? We only have FOUR students so everyone has a lot of individual help and attention. The topics can be any computer lesson from beginners to advanced. We give independent advice on what to buy and can even shop on your behalf or come along with you to the shops. We do not sell computers or have any relationships with particular retailers or internet providers. When we give advice, it's as if we were buying for ourselves. You can rely on us advising you to buy the best choice available at the time. As we like to say, we sell nothing but good advice. With your permission we can help you with your computer by remote internet support. This means that we can connect to your computer over the internet and can see your screen and work together with you to solve problems or show you how something is done. We only do this with your say so and you can see everything that we do.
