With 35 years’ experience in the parts cleaning segment of the clean room world and more stringent cleanliness requirements for the packaging of Level 100 cleaned parts appearing on the horizon, we found that we were unable to find the proper packaging solutions to protect our ultrasonically cleaned products. So in 1998, with a vision of what “THE NEXT LEVEL” of clean room packaging should be, we launched a program to develop a quality driven flexible packaging company with clean room applications as it’s focus. A specially designed Class 100 clean room for 100% VERTICAL INTEGRATION of polyethylene extrusion and conversion processes was built. This clean room, coupled with specially formulated resins and blends has allowed Cleanroom Film & Bags to achieve the superior quality packaging now required within the microelectronic, aerospace, semiconductor, silicon, food, and medical markets.
