Based on this analysis a formal proposal is made indicating the approach & methodology to be followed and the fees and terms of payment etc. Needless to add, the fee structure would be devised to suit to the client and be most competitive and reasonable. Upon acceptance of the proposal by the client the study shall be undertaken. Where necessary, CTS shall induct outside expertise, the charges of which would be separate and would be paid at actual.
