We are working on managing all municipal solid waste and have different models to collect different categories of waste, you can find a brief about our different verticals below. Our aim is to make circular economy models where we can convert the waste into resources and give it back to the waste generator. 1)RaddiConnect - Door to door collection of all recyclable waste from households, organizations & institutions. Collections are managed through an aggregated network of raddiwallas. Customers can donate the money from their scrap to NGOs or exchange them for recycled stationery. We are currently working with a network of 150+ RaddiWallas, catering to over 5000 households, 50 schools & 100 offices. 2)Decentralized Wet Waste Solution - We provide customized composting solutions to bulk waste generators to manage their wet waste on site. We work with manual and automated composting machines. 3)Material Recovery Facility - Here we partner with local municipality to manage dry waste at a ward level for the city. Dry waste is collected from housing societies & commercial establishments. We hire rag picker to manage the segregation of waste. All waste collected is channeled for recycling. We are currently running one facility in R/North Ward and are in the process of setting up a second on in R/South ward in partnership with UNDP & HUL. 4)External Producer Responsibility - Here we are working with plastic manufacturers & brand owners(FMCG Companies) to setup recovery channels for the plastic they are putting out in the environment. We use are existing network to setup recover channels and charge the customer for recovery of the plastic waste.
