CLEEO Jewelry with a modern twist Inspired by my great Aunt... "C" represents Cece (my great aunt), "LEE" are my initials and "O" is the emotional reaction of a woman, when responding to something she adores. Vintage finds of rhinestones necklaces, brooches and earrings are given a second life; mixed with sterling silver, oxidized chains and base metals to create a modern twist on what the new age girl demands. Femininity, daintiness and history mix with tough, unexpected details that create each one-of-a-kind, unique piece. "Because it shouldn't only be your personality that sparkles..." Collection Part I; each piece was given a name. All names were inspired by words, places or acts from a jewel thief's biography. Summer 2010 Collection: each piece is hand crocheted and made in Southern California. All rhinestone items are vintage era rhinestone pieces. We use a nylon cord in multi-colors, that ages well once worn-in but caution as it tends to stretch when wet.
