Circular Food is an innovative start-up producing upcycled flour with the aim of fighting food waste and improving everyone's life quality, starting from what we eat. We designed a unique and exclusive process that transforms the resulting products of distillation and fermentation into flour (such as beer, whiskey, soy sauce, vodka, cider, tequila, gin and others). The technology used makes it possible to reduce production times and energy consumption, while maintaining the organoleptic properties of the raw material unaltered. We started our project, fully entering the circular economy market, working on beer processing waste - threshers - thus helping breweries to dispose it. The final result is "Ley - Farina di birra": a wholemeal flour natively rich in fiber (52%). Circular Food is the owner of the "LEY" brand (registered trademark) thanks to which we want to introduce on the market a series of good, healthy and respectful baked goods (pasta, snacks, biscuits ...) that are made using our "beer flour" as the main ingredient.
