WHO WE ARE Blumantra is a network of professionals, specialized in corporate welfare and wellness related disciplines. We are convinced that a successful company con only be so if its employees are in good shape, with the right behavior and good relationships. OUR PHILOSOPHY The main asset of any company is its people. They determine strategies, products and customers’ satisfaction. Nonetheless, in many companies the approach is still primarily based on the economic reward (incentives and benefits), on the amount of worked hours and on a strong psychological pressure needed to drive the achievement of goals. Such approach, that considers material the person’s health and balance, can drive to stress, a negative climate, and physical disorders if not diseases. Such an approach reduces motivation, productivity and ability to innovate, driving ultimately to worse results.
