This approach drove us to build the world’s first remanufacturing facility for laptops. We then developed the Circular Remanufacturing Process™, a 360-step journey that earned us the BSI Remanufacturing Kitemark certification. But we didn’t stop there. We go beyond this to deliver The New New®. There are no Grade A, B or C options, just one premium standard. Every remanufactured laptop that comes out of this process mirrors ‘new’ in every way, all while preserving resources, reducing waste and championing the circular economy. For every laptop we sell, we provide a family with clean water for a week through our partnership with charity: water.
