Circles GR inspires and equips families and communities to resolve poverty and thrive. Circle Leaders lead their way out of poverty supported by middle to upper-income partners called Circle Allies. This 22-month program includes education on various topics such as resume building and financial literacy as well as assists Circle Leaders in developing community connections to promote their success and address barriers. Circle Allies also learn about the challenges people in poverty have to overcome which increases the Circle Allies' poverty IQ. The children of both Leaders and Allies participate in a children's curriculum that includes topics necessary for a well-balanced life. This program leads to healthy, trans-formative relationships for both the children and their parents.
