Ciphercom Network Corporation (CNC) serves Post Offices and Banks regardless of locations worldwide with an online banking, mobile banking, e-commerce, credit card and check transaction processing system, known as Ciphercom Payment System (CPS). As a "One Stop Shop" facility, Banks and Post Offices may refer their respective corporate and institutional clients to the CPS for registration and fulfillment of the stored value card. This process is an effective outsourcing of the responsibility of issuing, managing and processing the transactions of privately labeled stored value cards such as payroll, money remittance, procurement, health care, discount shopping, loyalty programs, travel and prepaid services cards with universal applications. The stored value card version of the Post Offices is in form of electronic Postal Money Order (ePMO) Card. An ePMO Card, functions just like any stored value card issued through the CPS. It can be used to securely transfer funds by using a cellular phone, desktop PC or pocket PC and withdraw money from any Post Office or ATM worldwide. The Cards can be used to pay for goods or services from POS (Point of Sale) terminals or e-Commerce enabled websites anytime anywhere.
