Cinema Jam Information

Cinema Jam is a cosy home for film professionals. A membership organisation for filmmakers and freelancers based in London, but with members from around the world. Founded in 2012 by writer/director Jared Fryer, its goal is to provide its members with a sense of community as well as all the practical benefits that come with being part of a community. Online, members can share jobs, ideas and inspiration and learn about the latest industry news in their web magazine 'The Spread'. However, the real heartbeat of the organisation is the monthly members-only Jam Sessions where Cinema Jam screen films, host guest speakers, and perhaps most crucially, provide a place where professionals can see old collaborators and meet new ones in a relaxed, non-networky environment. Cinema Jam also frequently hold special events open to the public, such as a Q&A with The King's Speech's executive producer Mark Foligno last year.
