Chorley FM are a not for profit organisation open to anyone in the community. We provide training in radio skills as well as providing a radio station that makes Chorley stand out. We are live 18 hours a day and currently have over 100 volunteers. The radio station started back in 2003 via short term broadcast licences called RSLs. In November 2006 Chorley FM went live full time. Unlike other radio stations, we broadcast a range of community programming which allows people from all walks of life to produce and present a radio show. As well as a great mix of music and a variety of community based shows, Chorley FM is also committed to working with local businesses and organisations to provide a value for money, low cost form of advertising.
