We’ve also recently launched Customer Satisfaction Awards to add a consumer perspective to the comparison equation. In 2010, we expanded our services and launched Canstar Blue to provide customer satisfaction research and ratings for consumer products and services including energy, telco and consumer goods. We engage respected professional market research companies to ask consumers about their personal brand experiences. With a strong focus on product and service excellence, our aim is to act as the real voice of the consumer (based on quantitative research). Whilst our rating models differ between Canstar and Canstar Blue, we exist to help customers confidently choose the right product for them irrespective of whether it is a home loan, a super fund or an energy plan. In 2021, we welcomed fellow financial comparison site, RateCity (RateCity.com.au) to the Canstar Group.
