The ChemTrace comprehensive analysis portfolio covers testing of critical materials and processes such as water, chemicals, wafers and wafer depositions, tool components, airborne molecular contamination, cleanroom construction materials and cleanroom consumables. 5 Copy exact laboratories equipped with over 22,000 sq. ft. cleanroom space/environment are home to 120 technical and commercial staff worldwide to support high volume production analysis with a dedicated R&D team focused on continuous improvement and new method development. Since we first introduced non-destructive tool component analysis capability in the late 1990’s, ChemTrace’s analytical techniques are now widely recognized by leading Device Manufacturers and OEMS as the analytical testing techniques of choice. Expansion of our global footprint to include new laboratories in Korea and Taiwan allows regional customers to have direct access to our laboratories for rapid turnaround time analysis. Through close partnership with our customers, we provide total solutions for first article evaluation, baselining of part, specification setup and on-going validation of parts cleaned in any of QuantumClean Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers.
