Chat2Brand creates tools around mainstream communications apps that allow businesses and clients to communicate and transact in innovative new ways, ultimately removing barriers to communication and transacting. The company was founded in 2016 as part of a Master’s degree research programme into digital inclusion in low-income communities in South Africa. The outcome, an innovative Software-as-a-Service platform that helps brands reach customers through popular messenger apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Telegram and SMS. A South African first, our Software-as-a-Service platform integrates WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and other messengers into an easy to use web interface.
