Charm Diamond Centres Information

For more than 50 years, Charm Diamond Centres has helped Canadians create and celebrate love stories that span generations. We are there along the way as our customers become engaged or celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and many more of life’s milestones. From the first browse to the final bow on the box, we help our customers find the perfect gift for their loved one; the gift that will light up their eyes, make them smile, and take their breath away - the gift they will say ‘Yes!’ to. These stories are what drive us to be the best at what we do. They inspire us every day to make meaningful connections with our customers. We are honoured to help our fellow Canadians celebrate life’s most precious moments and turn those moments into lasting memories. Founded in 1972 By Richard Calder, Charm Diamond Centres began as a love story, rooted in a passion for jewellery and celebrating love. Specializing in charms and fine jewellery, our first store opened in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and has since grown to 58 stores across Canada with Canada’s largest selection of Canadian diamonds. To this day, our Charm name shines bright; as Canada’s largest family owned and operated jeweller, as well as, a Platinum Member of Canada's Best Managed Companies program. We’re passionate about what we do and proud of the jewellery we sell. We understand our success lies in the foundation of our moral values. We operate with respect and integrity and strive to inspire and enrich - both ourselves and our customers. This is what engages our employees and keeps our customers coming back to help us fulfil our company mission to Win the Customer for Life.
