Charles + Stuart is an independent, integrated property agency that has operated since 1987. Established by brothers Andrew and Luke Veron (the Principals), our agency’s name is derived from the brothers’ respective middle names – Charles and Stuart. Our two Principals have very strong backgrounds across all facets of real estate and property – from property management and sales, to project marketing/sales – and encompassing residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors. We are proud of our strong property management division, and our investment in systems, training and tools enables us to deliver premium services to our landlords and tenants. It’s a major reason why we have generational clients. Another key focus is project sales/marketing. We have participated in leading the sales of many of Sydney’s landmark residential projects including the Goldsborough Building, Observatory Tower, Finger Wharf and King St Wharf. Our experience and expertise in project sales have always provided clients with a high level of confidence and market knowledge that many have come to depend on. Equally, we have a strong general agency arm, and our experienced team offers vendors a range of tailored solutions including private treaty sales, auctions and expressions of interest.
