CHAPS spol. s r.o. is a software company operating on the market since 1993. We deal with the comprehensive development of IT applications and systems, we solve their maintenance and operation. We specialize in custom transport software. We develop and operate comprehensive passenger and rail passenger systems that are used by millions of passengers every day. In accordance with Act No. 111/1994 Coll., On Road Transport, we have been entrusted by the Ministry of Transport with the management of the National Information System on Timetables for Public Regular Passenger Transport (CIS JŘ) since 26 October 2001. Since October 2017, our company has been part of the České dráhy a.s. through our parent company ČD - Informační systémy a.s. Our software solutions are used by the Ministry of Transport, Railway Administration, s.o., České dráhy a.s., Österreichische Bundesbahnen, Dopravní podnik hl.m. Prahy a.s., Dopravní podnik města Brna, a.s., Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s., ROPID, KORDIS JMK, and others.
