Champignonnière urbaine de l'agglomération de Grenoble, Champiloop produit des pleurotes et shiitakes BIO dans une ancienne glacière à Eybens, les Caves de la Frise. Lauréat national des Quartiers Fertiles, nous allons réhabiliter un parking désaffecté de 1 000m² en champignonnière dans un quartier de Saint-Martin-d'Hères. Nous pourrons y installer toute la chaîne de production de substrats, afin de relocaliser la filière et produire nos champignons sur des biodéchets locaux (paille, bois, drêches, noix...).
