Certitude is a leading not‑for‑profit provider of adult social care, supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with mental health support needs to live the lives they want. Every year, we walk alongside more than 1,800 people across London, Essex, and Brighton & Hove, providing the right support at the right time. This includes supported living, registered care home support, specialist support, and peer‑led mental health support shaped by people with lived experience. We also help people become Shared Lives carers, offer dedicated support for families and carers, and run a wide range of community programmes and activities that bring people together. Whether it’s discovering new interests, building confidence, reconnecting with others or getting involved locally, we focus on what matters most to each person, helping them feel valued, included, and connected in the communities they call home.
