Cerebral Brewing is an award-winning neighborhood brewery with locations in Denver and Aurora, Colorado. Our goal is to combine scientific methodology with an artistic viewpoint to create extremely drinkable beers spanning a broad spectrum of styles. Since the beginning Cerebral has focused on quality, innovation, and evolution in all endeavors, from the beer we brew to the culture we create. We embrace “a scientific approach to beer” by employing precise methodology to ensure quality and consistency. Our brewing philosophy reflects our values, where evolution is a key aspect of our ethos. We emphasize iteration, exploration and experimentation. Composing beers that land at the crux of tradition and innovation drives us creatively. Our approach to beer manifests in a wide array of styles, but no matter what we’re brewing, we strive for balance and nuance to make all of our beers drinkable. Some of our favorites include Foeder Lagers, IPAs (from Hazy to West Coast and hybrids in between), and anything that comes out of our ever-growing barrel collection.
