The Child Mind Institute is the leading nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families experiencing mental health and learning disorders. Since 2009, we have reached millions of families each year through excellence in science, education, and care, with clinical offices in New York City, San Francisco, and San Mateo.

We are a highly specialized, interdisciplinary behavioral health/cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) center, training institute, and faculty practice, with 15 convenient locations throughout the U.S. including Westchester County, NY (Scarsdale, Harrison, Mt. Kisco), New York City (midtown Manhattan, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Gowanus, and Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn), Nassau County, NY (Roslyn Heights), Greenwich, CT, Bergen County, NJ, and our new satellite/telehealth programs in Florida (with bi-monthly on-site services in Aventura/Miami/Ft. Lauderdale), San Diego, California, and Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Aspire Psychology & Consulting provides the following services: Assisting clients to modify their thoughts and behaviour in order to work towards positive outcomes. CBT is a structured approach and is well suited for issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, Post Traumatic Stress, Substance Abuse and Eating Disorders. Counselling to address the psycho/social/ behavioural barriers to employment including Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Self Esteem and Confidence, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence and other issues. Aspire Psychology adopts a strength-based, person-centered approach and draws from the theories of CBT, Psychodynamic and Motivational Interviewing.
