Carmella Whitehead, LLC Information

Carmella Whitehead, MS, LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and speaker. She provides therapeutic and coaching services to entrepreneurs facing various business and professional challenges and men navigating through life transitions. Carmella’s passion for positive human potential within an operational system drives her participation in international initiatives. A member of the United Nations, she strives for gender equality by leading a global conversation for men’s mental well-being as well as women’s social and professional equality. Her experience in helping men with emotion management, judgment and decision making, and communication effectiveness has earned her invitations to speak at the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, the North Carolina Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, and major universities. Carmella is also endorsed by the American Psychological Association and Psychology Today. She is a requested mentor and lecturer for graduate and doctoral students at local Charlotte universities as well as her beloved alma mater. She is currently working towards the advanced professional role of AAMFT - Approved Supervisor.
