ABOUT CENTREX What started as handyman services quickly grew into commercial construction and eventually expanded to dominate the aviation sector of development, all while establishing Centrex as a premier management firm. AVIATION Centrex is immersed in aviation as a way of life. Our specialty and passion is the design, development, and construction of aviation facilities. We're experts in this market from a construction and design standpoint but also from an aircraft owner/operator perspective. This unique combination of knowledge and expertise allows Centrex to effectively provide our aviation clients with top-quality families to house aircraft and flight departments, as well as business operations. We've constructed more than 2 million square feet of aviation along the West Coast. As part of our services, we collaborate with airport lease and other negotiations, in addition to assisting with the acquisition of tenants, fuel customers, or maintenance clients as/if applicable. COMMERCIAL We are seasoned with all types of commercial facility construction between 5,000-250,000 square feet, ranging from ground-up or renovation projects to upscale, one-off automotive and mixed-use buildings, warehousing, hospitality, and institutional quality developments.
