Central, located in the heart of Montgomery’s Downtown entertainment district, is a true American restaurant highlighting local and seasonal ingredients. Utilizing fresh Gulf seafood, local meats, greens and more, Central offers a straightforward approach to comforting classics. This locally owned gem offers wood-fired dishes in an 1890’s warehouse space boasting exposed brick, flickering gas lanterns and a bustling open kitchen. In the main dining room, 16 foot ceilings, spectacular overhead lighting, a central bar comprised of reclaimed wood all overlook Montgomery’s downtown alley. Central is a proud collaboration between Montgomerian Jerry Kyser, owner, and Bob Amick of Atlanta’s Concentrics Restaurants, an award-winning restaurant consulting and development firm.
