Centanex Ltd was established in 2009 to meet the ever changing and increasing demands of Police and Military forces both in the UK and Internationally for high quality, accurate, safe and cost effective Pyrotechnic solutions. Based at Faldingworth in Lincolnshire our dedicated facility enables the company to offer a wide range of Services to its customers including but not limited to research and development, concept design, prototyping, proofing, manufacturing, HSE (Explosives Inspectorate) CAD processing and ultimately through to product supply. All of our products are designed, manufactured and supplied from within the United Kingdom, utilising effective supplier management protocols to ensure continuity and reliability of supply. The company is accredited to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and ISO 45001 for Health & Safety Management. GMK Ltd have represented Centanex's range of Flash Bangs, Smoke Grenades & other pyrotechnic training devices within its product range, to the UK Police and some MOD departments for over 5 years. GMK & Centanex count over 75% of the UK's Police forces as customers for both training and operational uses. In June 2016 GMK Ltd made an initial investment in Centanex and in December 2020 completed the acquisition of the company. Together we build upon the existing customer base, which includes the domestic and international law enforcement & defence customers. GMK Ltd is a majority owned subsidiary of Beretta Holding S.p.A. and the UK representative for Beretta Defence Technologies (BDT). Centanex have added a new expertise and dimension to the BDT portfolio.
