The purpose of the Swiss based eDiscovery and Investigation association is the exchange of best-practices, know-how, experience and networking on eDiscovery and investigation topics among in-house counsel and internal specialists. SeDIV has been founded in May 2015 by UBS, Novartis, Holcim, Zurich and Swiss Re. As a rule, commercial organizations with a presence in Switzerland can become members, except for organizations that act as counsel, advisors, consultants, suppliers or contractors in the area of e-discovery or investigations. The decision as to the admission to membership is with the association's board. The core value for our members are our half day in-person meetings to discuss a special, pre-announced and prepared topics.
