M. Chidambaranathan (Chidam) is a project manager for one of Dalyans NGO Partnerships and supports the Dalyan team and its partners as expert and coach, particularly on M&E and on livelihood generation programs. Chidam is a development professional with 23 years of experience in the social sector in India, focusing on womens livelihood generation, microfinance, institution building and monitoring and evaluation. Chidam holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Bharathidasan University, Trichy. He has completed a diploma in Information and System Management from APTECH Computer Education in Bangalore and attended a short-term course on Facilitating Multi-Stakeholder Processes and Social Learning at the Centre for Development and Innovation, Wageningen University, The Netherlands. Adrian Nigam volunteers as project manager for one of Dalyans NGO Partnerships. Adrian works with the Monterosa Group in Zurich where he is responsible for originating, structuring and executing investments. Prior to that he was involved in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London and private equity at a commodities firm in Zug.
