CECE CONSTRUCTION is a dynamic and independent construction company formed in 2005 by Pretty G Buthelezi to challenge the industry that has been historically dominated by males as the company is 100% wholly owned by females. ue to the demand of resources and skills within the construction industry, the company decided to exploit this industry. But, because of limited knowledge about the industry, the company had to affiliate itself with relevant bodies as a springboard to gaining insight and experience on how to market and manage the construction company. To date the company is operating in the formal construction market which is very competitive as there has been a huge increase in the number of registered companies within the province. CECE CONSTRUCTION has completed several projects within the given time frames and according to the required specifications and quality control measures yet has also managed to assist some under-performing contractors to complete their projects. The company currently employs 15 artisans within the various categories i.e. Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Bricklayers, Pipe layers, Foreman, Site Agents and a Quantity Surveyor. All these employees have successfully undertaken major assignments and projects and have cumulative total of 20 years experience.
