CCCG Overseas Real Estate Pte. Ltd.("CORE") was established in Singapore in 2015. CORE was initiated and founded by China Communications Construction Group ("CCCG"), which is a State-Owned Enterprise governed directly by China's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. CORE is the exclusive platform responsible for CCCG overseas real estate business. CORE aims to build integrated advantages and strong brand by cooperating with leading developers in developed real estate market, and synergize with CCCG's overseas infrastructure construction business in the emerging markets for a long term sustainable growth. CORE intends to build the entire real estate value chain from land development, property development and asset management to fund management via acquisition medium size outstanding real estate firms in developed market.
