Data-driven HVAC control & Chiller optimization software for increased energy efficiency & comfort at no cost thanks to AI prediction & patented technology. BeeBryte is using artificial intelligence & IoT to get commercial buildings, factories to consume electricity in a smarter, more efficient and cheaper way while reducing carbon footprint! Our software is generating up to 40% savings on utility bills with automated control of heating-cooling equipment (e.g. HVAC, Chillers, Refrigeration Systems) and/or batteries. Savings come from stacking the following services: -Energy efficiency (adjust setpoints in anticipation of changing conditions to reduce kWh) -Real-time price arbitrage (buy cheaper kWh, ToU or spot trading) -Peak Shaving (reduce contracted capacity) -Grid Services (demand-response, frequency regulation) BeeBryte is based in France and Singapore.
