(“CCED”) has operations in the Sultanate of Oman. CCED currently produces in excess of 40,000 bopd and is the 4th largest upstream E&P operator in Oman in terms of production volumes. In addition to the continued growth of the Oman asset, CCE is also focused on growing a material E&P portfolio in the United States by participating in high-quality exploration and development opportunities, and through the acquisition of interests in producing properties with significant growth potential.
