Systems Engineering Our team of Systems Engineers have formal training (recognised by INCOSE), and a minimum of 5 years practical experience in green and brownfield projects. We apply the Systems Engineering discipline to: - Concept of Operations Development - Engineering Strategy Development for small and large programs - Business case development and Project management - Test and evaluation - Business continuity/disaster recovery - Critical risk reviews - Through-life management planning and capital planning. Tender and Bid Support Services Our experienced commercial, engineering and technology professionals have national and international experience in management, technical writing and solution development for a broad array of tenders, including major Government Public Private Partnerships. Our Bid Services team includes: - Facilitators - Expert reviewers - Bid directors and managers - Submission managers - Business development professionals - Technical writers - Bid / communications writers - Estimators. Additionally, we have highly experienced personnel who as Subject Matter Experts are able to lead specific components of major tenders across all major industries.
