Whilst working in collaboration with industry leading modular construction companies we build high spec contemporary penthouse apartments off site in the factory to then fit into place In addition to airspace developments Castlemere also completes select ground up developments in aspirational locations in the Home Counties. The current 3 year pipeline across both parts of the business is in excess of £120M with strong margins
