CASLAD was established in 2009 as a buyer and seller of castors, ladders, trolleys, scaffolding, and a wide range of other industrial products. Over time, our industry experience, product knowledge, and strong customer relationships have allowed CASLAD to evolve. We have expanded into a direct importer of castors and materials handling equipment, and have become a leading manufacturer of steel trolleys, fibreglass ladders, and aluminium ladders. In 2024, we launched our on-site plating plant as part of our manufacturing expansion. CASLAD operates from a 5,500m² manufacturing and distribution centre in Jet Park, Boksburg, supported by regional branches and distribution warehouses in Cape Town, KZN, and Bloemfontein. Our customers are assured of the highest manufacturing standards, with many of our ladders and trolleys recognised as best-in-class products on the market. CASLAD prides itself on efficiency, innovation, and delivering on its promises.
