Carty Services Information

Carty Services provides award winning, reliable gardening and cleaning services to South Warwickshire and the West Midlands. We specialise in garden services such as ground maintenance but we also offer a wide range of quality services such as site clearing and communal area cleaning. Recently introduced into our portfolio, we now provide sports pitch and playing field maintenance - services include line marking and tractor mowing. We welcome tenders from schools and sports clubs. Not sure if we can provide what you need? We carry out regular training and are continually adding to our services, so just ask. Carty Services can tailor its services to suit your needs. We have won or been nominated for numerous awards. For example, in 2016 we were proud to be a part of Lorne Court’s ‘Outstanding’ Heart of England in Bloom award. This is one of many ‘In Bloom’ awards that Carty Services are annually involved in throughout South Birmingham and Warwickshire, particularly in Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon. Our working practices and employees are also recognised: ‘Plus One Personnel’ and ‘Working Mums.co.uk’, awarded us their Employer of the Year awards in 2015 and 2012 respectively for flexible working practices. In 2016 our apprentice, Scott Archer was short-listed for ‘Coventry & Warwickshire Apprentice of the Year’. Together with Scott and our full timers, our highly motivated, self-disciplined flexible part-time employees travel all over the area to look after your grounds and gardens. We strive to improve our day-to-day operations so we invest in soft skills such as team building, customer service and sales, as well as essentials such as health & safety, use of tools, plant and lawn care.
