Careering Forward offers career consulting to individuals, companies, schools and universities in the form of CV writing, LinkedIn profile creation, interview coaching and workshops. Careering Forward was founded by Holly Richards who has over 10 years of experience recruiting globally in agencies, at one of the Big Four Tech companies, and at an advertising technology company, part of AT&T. She set up a finance internship program and managed the finance graduate scheme along with recruiting finance professionals up to director level in her first in-house role. For the past 5 years she has recruited a wide variety of roles including technical consulting, marketing and sales from Intern to Senior Director level across the UK, EMEA and JAPAC.
