Career Ahead (formerly Raw Talent) develops and delivers programs and managed services to support both career development and career transitions from graduate to executive level. Based on Career Ahead's comprehensive career development insights and genuine understanding of industry requirements, we design bespoke programs and deliver managed career services, to ensure optimal employment outcomes. Established in 2012 by two C-suite executives with ASX listed backgrounds, Career Ahead is a division of a multi-disciplinary talent management practice, focused on the provision of human capital management solutions across a raft of sectors including government, education, consumer goods, financial services and retail. Our bespoke programs have focussed on the development of both career management and employability skills, covering the spectrum of self-management, technical and soft skills, leadership, intercultural competence and career planning. We have worked across all graduate disciplines, from undergraduate to PhD, and with individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Our highly experienced team of researchers, content developers, facilitators, coaches and program managers work seamlessly to deliver an outstanding learner experience. Working tightly to each client’s brief, we utilise a variety of mediums including facilitated workshops, online learning platforms, individual and group coaching, seminars and immersive experiences, to deliver against specific program objectives. We have delivered highly tailored programs to diverse audiences from ten participants through to scale programs in higher education available to over 5000 individuals.
