Care4all is a local charity that provides a wide range of services for older people and people with disabilities living in North East Lincolnshire. Care4all is also part of the Care Plus Group ‘family’ – Care Plus Group being the main provider of community based health and social care services in North East Lincolnshire.The charity operates:Older People's Services - delivered through the Bert Boyden Health and Wellbeing Centre in Immingham and the Curzon Health and Wellbeing Centre in Cleethorpes.Disability Services - delivered through Cromwell Road Health and Wellbeing Centre and Queen Street Health and Wellbeing Centre, both in Grimsby.Care4all Enterprises - a group of social businesses creating real training and employment opportunities for local people with physical and/or learning disabilities.Personal Assistant Support Solutions (PASS) - a matching service for adults with physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems or long term illness who are seeking to employ a Personal Assistant.Meals Plus - providing hot meals, safety checks and much more to people in their own homes.Keysafe Service - a service supplying and fitting keysafes at people’s homes; thereby assuring safety and peace of mind.
