At Care With Us, we are committed to providing quality respite and Short-term Accommodation (STA) services for people with a disability. Our team of highly-experienced practitioners is dedicated to delivering the best possible care tailored to each client's individual needs. We strive to ensure our clients receive the necessary care they need, as well as enjoy an enriching experience — all while improving their overall quality of life so that they can reach their full potential. In addition to providing 24/7 assistance in our respite homes, we also offer In-home respite. Our Respite Locations: -Daylesford/Trentham -Phillip Island -Rosebud/Rye -Olinda -Bright "WHAT WE ARE KNOWN FOR" - Care With Us is dedicated to providing quality and best services to NDIS participants. - Our customer services team and intake team are quick to respond to any query, so you can get help you need as soon as possible. - Activity Calendar: We have an activity calendar for each location, which will help you to plan out your stay more productively. - Customized Service: We plan the STA/respite according to the NDIS participant's needs and requirements, taking into account their thoughts and views on how they imagine their respite to be. - Wellbeing: We take care of both Client's mental health and physical health during every respite experience. - Intuitive Intake Process: Our straightforward intake process will make it easier for Support Coordinators, support workers, or family members of NDIS participants not to miss anything. - Choice & Control:NDIS participates have complete choice and control over their respite stay with us. - CARE WITH US SOCIAL EVENTS Care With Us organises free events for people with disability and carers of all ages. Our NDIS Participants & Carers Meetup Group offers something for everyone, from family members to other providers. Our events are designed to help build informal support teams, network, build capacity, explore new skills and make friends.
